We are seeking a passionate and driven
Rehabilitation Consultant
to join our expanding NSW team based in Tamworth and surrounding areas including Armidale. You will be working as part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable and fun state team. You will have the opportunity for exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes and varying complexities of cases and career progression. The role is fast paced but incredibly collaborative and rewarding.
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
About You:
Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desired however full training will be provided
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
Work Type
: Ideally full time; part time will be considered. We are also keen to hear from contractors in Tamworth and across NSW.
