The role includes management of office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices and processing of incoming & outgoing mail /packages. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world.A snapshot of the role:Perform office opening/closing and maintain reception/meeting room appearanceSchedule meetings, check bookings, and coordinate events per SOPSet up rooms for events and manage weekly pantry suppliesEngage stakeholders as on-site contact for client expectationsAssist GREF management and facilities team during busy periodsHelp achieve KPIs/SLAs whilst reducing costs and improving operationsMaintain PO trackers, capture costs, and assist with invoicingConduct facilities inspections and raise issues via CorrigoReport EHS matters and assist with safety proceduresEnsure safe working environment for allSound like you? What we are looking for:This position is varied and at times hands on.
