About us: We are a hatted regional restaurant known for delivering refined Australian cuisine in a warm and relaxed fine dining setting.
Proudly produce-driven, our menu showcases some of the best of local and seasonal ingredients (including from our kitchen garden), complimented by an outstanding local and Australian wine list. Located just 1.5 hours east of Melbourne, we are fast becoming a destination for food lovers who value quality, creativity and connection to the land.
The role: We are inviting expressions of interest for the role of Head Chef - an exceptional opportunity to take creative leadership in a respected venue with a strong culinary reputation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in high-end or hatted kitchens who is ready to step into a leadership position and make their mark.

About you:
- Proven experience in fine dining or hatted restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
