
Administration Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team at Fernwood Fitness Gregory Hills.
About the RoleCasual role – minimum 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Flexible alternating shifts available (to be discussed):
- Mornings: Monday–Friday, 8am–1pm
- Afternoons: Monday–Friday, 1pm–6pm
- Support our Administration Team
- Handle a mix of admin tasks, customer service, and sales/reception duties
- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Process membership invoices and reports (cancellations, freezes etc.)
- Manage emails and incoming calls
- Assist with reception, sales, and keeping the club looking great
- Follow admin systems and procedures with accuracy including but not limited to Account Queries, Cancellations, Deferrals, etc.
- Previous admin experience (preferred)
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and phone/email manner
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
