CRM Administrator and Business Analyst Raiser's Edge

As the CRM Administrator and Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and donor engagement strategies by ensuring the effective use of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. You will proactively work closely with fundraising, finance, and marketing to manage data integrity, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights that help us grow our impact.

This role is extremely detail-oriented and is responsible for ensuring consistent business processes, implementing data governance standards and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of data entry for Raiser's Edge. There may be times when analysis and/or administration of other applications is also required.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in building queries, exports, and custom reports in Raiser's Edge NXT
  • Strong understanding of donor database management, fundraising operations, and data governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standardised business processes and rules
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience working in a not-for-profit or fundraising environment, with proven experience managing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
