Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with prior expertise working on system re-platforming and configuration.

You will be providing an interface between all business entities, supported brands and Information Technology specialists to create meaningful documentation and implement planning for systems and processes.

With this being a system replacement piece of you, you will be documenting processes and features from the legacy platform and translating said requirements to the new SaaS platform.

Skill set / Experience needed:

  • Proven experience working as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Technical knowledge across the configuration of CRM, Admin and/or Workflow platforms.
  • Strong background in system integrations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops to understand business requirements.
  • Drive discovery sessions and process mapping.
  • Creation of user stories that clearly document the business requirements.
  • Expertise whereby you can provide analysis on configuration of applications versus a requirement for development / customisation.
  • Involvement in story card estimation, configuration, troubleshooting issues and providing systems support.
  • Perform unit testing, systems testing and post implementation verifications (when required).
  • Document and maintain system specifications, solution designs and other documentation using approved standards (including Jira, Confluence and other knowledge base tools).
  • Strong experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Technical exposure to SQL, API, XML and JIRA.
  • Any sector experience in Insurance and/or Policy Administration is highly desirable.
  • Coming from a development background is again, desirable, not essential.

This piece of work will start as a 12-month fixed term contract.
