Description

  • Perform end-to-end testing (manual and automated) of MS Dynamics CRM applications, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
  • Validate data flows, integrations, and business rules within CRM and with third-party systems.
  • Log, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution and product quality.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users for effective test coverage.
  • Knowledge of automation testing using tools like Selenium or C#-based frameworks is a must
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and using tools like Azure DevOps
  • Good understanding of CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and security roles.
  • Participate in UAT support and production validation post-deployment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
