We're seeking a Sales Professional to join our high-performing NSW team, working closely with the Sales Principal at our flagship Cardinal Freeman Village in Ashfield. In this hands-on role, you'll support lead management, customer engagement and contract progression while building your expertise across off-the-plan sales.

About the Role

  • Support the Sales Principal with day-to-day lead management, customer appointments and settlement activities.
  • Build genuine relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through each stage of the buying journey.
  • Assist with display suite presentations, tours, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Levande's premium communities with professionalism, empathy and commercial insight.
  • Help drive sales results and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Levande's "Everyday Exceptional" promise.

About You

You're a confident, people-focused professional with:

  • A strong background in off-the-plan, residential or development sales (retirement living experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results through trust-based selling.
  • A current real estate licence (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
