The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major civil earthworks projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects while motivating teams and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full lifecycle project delivery, ensuring time, cost, and quality outcomes.
  • Leading and mentoring teams across multiple work fronts.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your Expereince? To succeed, you will bring:

  • 8+ years' project management experience in civil construction.
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil earthworks and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
