We're now seeking an experienced and driven Project Sales Principal to lead the sales success of our new Castle Hill development, with a focus on achieving strong off-the-plan results.

About the Role

As the Sales Principal for Castle Hill, you'll take ownership of the full sales process, driving revenue, deposits and settlements for this flagship new development. You'll engage deeply with customers, guiding them from first enquiry through to settlement, ensuring every interaction reflects Levande's commitment to excellence and care.

As construction progresses, you'll collaborate closely with the Development, Marketing and Operations teams to refine pricing, release strategies and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from enquiry through to settlement for the Castle Hill development.
  • Deliver strong off-the-plan sales results and achieve or exceed project targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with purchasers, project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic input into pricing, marketing and release planning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and deliver timely insights and reporting.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Professionals where applicable.
  • Represent Levande with professionalism, care and integrity in every interaction.

About You

You're a seasoned property professional with deep experience in off-the-plan residential sales, ideally within retirement living, land lease, or residential development. You combine commercial acumen with a genuine passion for helping people find their next home and lifestyle.

You'll also bring:

  • 7+ years' experience in real estate sales with proven project sell-down results.
  • Current real estate licence and strong knowledge of off-the-plan sales processes.
  • Strong commercial understanding of feasibility and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (preferred).
