Finance Lawyer (Real Estate Finance)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Lawyer to join a leading team in Sydney, providing interim or permanent support within the
Real Estate Finance function
of a top-tier law firm.

Key Details:

  • Commencement:
    An immediate start is preferred, though we're also open to lawyers with up to 4 weeks' notice.
  • Duration:
    Options for contract and permanent roles are available, tailored to suit your career goals.
  • Employment Type:
    Full-time is preferred, but we're happy to explore flexible arrangements.
  • Experience Level:
    Mid to senior-level lawyers are encouraged to apply; we welcome applicants with 3+ years' post-admission experience.

About the role:

You will work closely with the finance team, supporting a range of real estate finance matters. The role requires someone confident in working independently and handling complex matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising lenders and borrowers on financing arrangements
  • Negotiating finance documents and providing strategic legal advice
  • Supporting both domestic and international financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers
