Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Finance Lawyer to join our client (a law firm) on a secondment basis. We are open to any lawyer with 3+ years of experience and above. The successful candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy and play a key role in advising on complex financing arrangements.

This role involves advising both domestic and international financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers, with a particular focus on real estate finance. You will be responsible for negotiating finance documents, providing strategic advice, and delivering commercially sound outcomes for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE, with experience in finance law (Senior Associate level preferred)
  • Strong background in real estate finance
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience advising both lenders and borrowers
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
  • Availability to commence as soon as possible
