You'll work on complex, high-value deals for a broad range of top-tier clients.
About Our Client
Our client advises Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, corporations and private equity funds on corporate finance, leveraged acquisitions, project finance and restructuring matters. About the Role
- Advise lenders, borrowers, sponsors and consortia on leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate and real estate finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate finance documents and oversee transaction execution.
- Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction timelines.
- Work closely with partners, clients and other practice groups on strategic and technical issues.
- Contribute to client relationship initiatives and business development.
Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years' PQE in banking and finance law.
- Experience in leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
