Join a market leading Project Finance team in Australia, advising on high profile transactions. Work with major domestic and international banks and leading project sponsors across energy, infrastructure and resources. This is a great fit if you want to work with a rising name in Project Finance on cutting edge mandates.

The Team

A friendly, supportive group where your contribution is pivotal. The practice is active on the market's most innovative transactions including renewable energy financing, infrastructure acquisition financing, transmission and energy-transition financing, data centre funding, social housing funding solutions and PPPs. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders in a team known for quality work and a strong ESG lens.

The Role
  • Lead on varied, challenging and complex financing matters for an enviable client base
  • Advise both sponsors and financiers on major infrastructure projects and acquisitions in Australia
  • Draft and negotiate financing documentation; deliver prompt, commercially astute advice
  • Build client relationships and help drive business development through industry programs and networks
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice
Requirements
  • Project finance experience gained in an Australian or overseas law firm
  • Excellent project management, communication and drafting skills
  • Strong client service mindset and relationship building ability
  • Team focus with strong internal collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for business development and cultivating strategic relationships
  • Commitment to continuous learning and providing strong mentorship to juniors
