Project Manager (with Change Management Flair) – M365 Co-Pilot Implementation | 3 Month Contract

Are you a Project Manager who can keep projects on track and people on board? The Talent Initiative is looking for someone who can steer a short, sharp implementation of Co-Pilot in a Microsoft 365 environment, while also bringing a bit of change management know-how to help the team get the most out of this new tech.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the delivery of a Co-Pilot rollout in M365; keeping things moving, on time, and on budget
  • Working closely with stakeholders and end users to make sure everyone's on the journey (not just along for the ride)
  • Applying your change management toolkit, communicating clearly, supporting adoption, and smoothing out any bumps along the way
  • Managing risks, tracking progress, and removing roadblocks so the team can focus on what matters

What you bring:

  • Proven experience running projects; ideally in M365 or similar environments
  • A solid understanding of change management principles (you know how to bring people along, not just deliver a plan)
  • Top-notch communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
