Major Account Manager – Gippsland / East Victoria

Ausworkwear & Safety is expanding rapidly – we have multiple tenders underway in VIC, and we're looking for a proven leader to help us take things to the next level.

As Major Account Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee our sales team, driving results and ensuring strong client relationships.

  • Manage major accounts and national contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Take ownership of successful tender submissions and proposals.

  • Work closely with the Directors to deliver on strategic growth opportunities.

  • Leverage your experience with SAP/ERP systems to streamline processes and reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in tender submissions and national contracts management.

  • Background in account management or business development within a B2B environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.

  • Confidence working with SAP/ERP systems and complex reporting structures.

  • A results-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
