Major Account Manager – Gippsland / East Victoria
Ausworkwear & Safety is expanding rapidly – we have multiple tenders underway in VIC, and we're looking for a proven leader to help us take things to the next level.
As Major Account Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee our sales team, driving results and ensuring strong client relationships.
Manage major accounts and national contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.
Take ownership of successful tender submissions and proposals.
Work closely with the Directors to deliver on strategic growth opportunities.
Leverage your experience with SAP/ERP systems to streamline processes and reporting.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in tender submissions and national contracts management.
Background in account management or business development within a B2B environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Confidence working with SAP/ERP systems and complex reporting structures.
A results-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
