What you'll do

  • Support key retail accounts, working closely with buyers to develop and present seasonal ranges
  • Track sales performance, identify opportunities, and respond quickly to emerging trends
  • Manage product development timelines from design through to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal design, sourcing and production teams to bring ideas to life
  • Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing upcoming collections and trends
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with retail partners

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in account management, product development, buying, or a similar role
  • An understanding of fashion or accessories, and a genuine passion for product and trend
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — confident working with buyers and suppliers
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a "make it happen" attitude
  • A creative eye for detail, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills
