Product & Innovation Manager – Skincare

The Role:

As our Product & Innovation Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy, including hero product identification and lifecycle mapping.
  • Lead new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee coordination with external vendors, manufacturers, and agencies.
  • Provide insights on competitor activity and market trends to shape product direction.
  • Manage the innovation budget and contribute to achieving business KPIs.

About You:

  • A strong background in product development roles, with a proven track record in NPD and EPD.
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in cosmetics or beauty categories is highly desirable.
  • A keen interest in the health, beauty, and cosmetics industry.
