Product Analyst

**The opportunity**
Wealth Products & Platforms team combines Workplace Super, Master Trusts and Wrap Platform with over $110B of assets, 50+ products and 3 million customers.

The Wrap Product team oversees all adviser-based wrap platforms for AMP, including AMP’s flagship product, MyNorth. This team is responsible for both the ongoing management and development of the Product, as well as ensuring direct alignment to AMP’s broader Wealth Management goals.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the ongoing management of the product portfolio within Wrap Platforms to enhance shareholder value. This will be achieved through driving increased cashflow and revenues, maintaining competitive products and solutions, creating strong product value propositions for distribution channels and ensuring our end customers receive market leading products.

**How you will make an impact**
The following are the key focus areas.
- Provide analysis and research to help develop customer centric product strategies
- Support delivery of relevant key financial metrics (net cashflows, profitability, costs)
- Identify opportunities to improved customer experience within a compliant framework
- Undertake regular competitor analysis and market intelligence activities
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in bringing the Australian Wealth Management strategy to life
- Support day-to-day product management for a portfolio of AMP products
- Management of product related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Identification of product training or communication needs throughout the business

**What you will bring to the role**
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial services
- At least 1 year experience in a role supporting wealth management products (e.g. product management, customer service, marketing, IT)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the market, in particular, superannuation and investments
- Broad interest in financial services industry, market trends, competitive responses, impact of regulation
- Strong quantitative skills including gathering, analysing and presenting data
- Familiarity with SQL would be highly valued
