Skincare Educator – Freelance (RAAIE Skincare, UK)

Location: London

Schedule: 2 days per week (freelance)

Compensation: Competitive day rate + travel + product allocation

RAAIE Skincare, the New Zealand-born brand fusing cutting-edge cosmeceuticals with wild native botanicals, is seeking a freelance Skincare Educator to lead education and retail training across Sephora and our clinic partners in the Liberty London.

This role is ideal for a passionate skincare expert with a deep understanding of both retail environments and skin science education.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging, results-driven education sessions to Liberty London teams and clinic partners
  • Hosting product knowledge trainings, ingredient deep dives, and brand masterclasses
  • Coaching retail teams on RAAIE's key product benefits, chronobiology approach, and sales strategies
  • Supporting the development of training materials, professional protocols, and retail education tools

Who you are:

  • A confident communicator and educator with 3+ years of experience in skincare retail or clinical education (skincare/ beauty experience a strong plus)
  • Able to break down complex ingredient science into compelling, easy-to-understand messaging
  • Experienced in both prestige retail and professional skincare environments
  • Passionate about high-performance, minimal skincare rooted in nature and science
