Product Manager

**The opportunity**
Superannuation and Retirement brings together AMP’s retail and workplace super (accumulation and retirement) propositions. Our on-sale products are SignatureSuper and SignatureSuper Allocated Pension which are distributed through the largest advice network in Australia.

The Product Investments team is responsible for the management of the investment menus and investment service providers for the Mastertrust product range.

The purpose of this role is to lead various investment related activities in relation to the ongoing management of the Mastertrust product range, to enhance member and shareholder value.

**How you will make an impact**
- Product Investments contributor for projects delivering on AMP’s and the Trustee’s strategic objectives and/or enabling the Trustee to meet regulatory requirements;
- Product development and rationalisation
- Investment model and structure changes
- Member Outcomes Annual Assessments and Determinations
- Design and Distribution Obligations
- Assisting with various investment related activities covering the Mastertrust product range;
- Activities associated with the implementation of investment menu changes, such as client, adviser and BDM communications, product disclosures etc.
- Competitor analysis of the investment menu
- Manage queries from Distribution / Operations / external sources regarding the investment menu
- Provide input into Corporate Super tenders and lead investment activities supporting client successor fund transfers
- Undertake analysis and provide insights regarding APRA peer comparisons (Heatmaps, Annual Performance Tests)
- Strong focus on risk management and compliance by contributing to:

- Resolution of incidents and breaches relating to the Product Investments team
- Documentation and maintenance of key process maps and obligations, RACI
- Contribution to the Investment Management Framework (IMF)
- Maintenance of all relevant controls in risk and compliance strategic systems
- Ensure compliance with FSC Standards

**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in product management of superannuation and investment products
- Minimum 5+ years in wealth management
- Tertiary Qualified in a relevant business discipline
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and comfortably deal with change (marketplace and business)
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of risk frameworks, systems and controls
- Experience in successful stakeholder management
