About the Role:

As the Practice Manager, you'll lead the firm's day-to-day operations, support the Directors in decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the firm's culture and growth trajectory.

You'll be the backbone of the business — keeping the engine running smoothly while empowering the team to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily practice operations and staff performance
  • Manage workflow, resource planning, and operational processes
  • Implement improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate HR, onboarding, and internal communication
  • Support Partners with strategic planning and business development
  • Ensure quality control and compliance across the practice

About You:

  • Proven experience in operations or practice management (accounting or professional services preferred)
  • Strong leadership, project management, and systems-thinking skills
  • Passion for enhancing team culture and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable leading change and driving continuous improvement
