We have an opportunity for an experienced
Area Manager
to oversee and support our centres across
South Sydney
. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the best outcomes for children, families, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres
- Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with families, team, and the wider community
About You
- Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
- A results-driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
