The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and organised
Commercial Administrator
to join our VIC-based team. You'll provide essential admin support to our Commercial and Subsea teams, helping keep projects and processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tender document preparation and submission.
  • Manage folders, filing systems, and document control.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel bookings.
  • Support onboarding paperwork and client communications.
  • Maintain commercial systems and databases (e.g. Dynamics).
  • Compile reports, case studies, and internal documentation.
  • Provide general admin support across the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe).
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Previous experience in a commercial or project-based environment (preferred).
