About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess:

  • CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
  • CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children & Young People at Risk

This part-time role (2–3 days/week) is based at our Summer Hill Head Office, with travel required for in-person delivery. There is strong potential for this position to transition into full-time as the College grows. You will mentor and support aspiring educators, bridging the gap between theory and practice, while contributing to our mission of shaping the future of childcare excellence.

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40122

    or equivalent)
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Proven experience delivering and assessing CHC30121, CHC50121, and CHCPRT025
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel to Summer Hill for training delivery
