Eye Care Plus Optometrists is an award winning practice in the bayside suburb of Alexandra Hills in Brisbane. We are an independent Optometry practice and have won for 3 years in a row the 5 Star CANSTAR rating for outstanding customer service and voted Brisbane's top 3 Optometrist.

This position would be ideal for an Optical dispenser, Sales assistant or Retail assistant.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • We are looking for a friendly, motivated person with excellent customer care and sales skills.
  • Duties include customer service, achieving positive sales results, and optical dispensing.
  • Pretesting for the patient and using equipment such as Digital eye scans and pressure testing.
  • The position is full time, part time or casual.
  • Opportunity, if there is an interest to train as a vision therapist or optical dispenser.

ABOUT YOU

You will need to have these qualities:

  • The capability of being a team player and an outgoing friendly personality with excellent customer service.
  • Have optical experience and have an understanding of the day to day running of an optometry practice but not a must have.
  • Reception duties are also part of the job and a good telephone manner is necessary.
