The Role
We are seeking a motivated and versatile team member to take ownership of our digital presence. This role is responsible for managing and optimising our Shopify website, overseeing Point of Sale and user access, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and delivering graphic design and labelling outputs. You'll also play a key role in maintaining online content and supporting brand and marketing activities.
This position will commence at 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our online business continues to expand.
Shopify, User & POS Management
- Maintain and update product listings, including metafields, cost-of-goods (COGS), images, and descriptions.
- Coordinate product scheduling, seasonal menus, and availability.
- Curate and update bundles and meal packs, alongside special menus
- Organise and optimise website pages and collections.
- Troubleshoot website functionality and coding issues.
- Draft and publish blog posts and static pages (e.g., FAQs, store hours, landing pages).
- Manage theme updates and branding consistency.
- Liaise with developers to brief and implement technical enhancements.
- Implement and maintain SEO keyword strategies.
- Manage loyalty program setup and customer engagement.
- Monitor and manage staff, developer, and POS user access permissions within Shopify.
- Oversee POS Smart Grid configurations and product availability sync between online and POS systems.
- Coordinate stock transfers and inventory updates.
- Configure delivery and shipping window logic
Digital Marketing
- Plan and schedule campaigns via email, social media, and paid channels.
- Manage EDMs (e.g., via Klaviyo or Loyalty Lion): content creation, design, scheduling, and reporting.
- Develop social media content in line with campaign calendars.
- Collaborate with creatives/designers/agencies for content production.
- Apply SEO best practices to products and site pages.
- Track campaign results and provide insights and recommendations
- Supporting brand and marketing activities as requested
Graphic Design
- Design nutritional labels, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Produce and refine product images for Shopify and marketing use.
- Create website visuals (banners, campaign graphics).
- Coordinate design and ordering of condiment labels, stickers, pouch designs, and fridge labels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor metrics via Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards.
- Provide regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, and campaign performance.
- Identify trends and recommend impactful improvements.
About You
- Proficient in Shopify
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
