The Hema Group is a dynamic touring, media, and marketing business specialising in the delivery of content, mapping, and products for the outdoor/adventure travel sector. We are home to several industry‑leading brands, including Hema Maps, A247, Camper Australia, Caravan World, and Outdoor.

Our products and content are delivered digitally and in print, engaging over half a million customers regularly through books, mobile applications, and e‑commerce platforms.

We're on the lookout for a E-commerce Supply Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products are accurate, optimised, and ready to launch in line with commercial and campaign timelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Keep Our Product Data Spot‑On: Maintain accurate and complete product records across CIN7, Shopify, and B2B portals, from SKUs and pricing to images and descriptions.
  • Optimise for Success: Ensure our product pages are polished and campaign‑ready, following SEO and merchandising best practice to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate the Flow: Raise and track purchase orders, reconcile stock receipts with invoices, and keep Warehouse and Marketing informed on inbound stock timelines.
  • Be Campaign‑Ready: Prepare systems for launches, promotions, and seasonal activity, ensuring everything is tagged, categorised, and visible before go‑live.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify data gaps, resolve process bottlenecks, and document improvements that boost efficiency across teams.

Who We Are Looking For

We're after someone who can bring these skills and traits to the role:

  • Adventure Enthusiasm: A passion for the outdoors and adventure, aligning with our brand and engaging our customer base.
  • Experience: 3+ years in supply coordination, product operations, or e‑commerce systems.
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced working knowledge of CIN7 and Shopify.
  • Attention to Detail: Comfortable managing large product databases with accuracy.
  • Commercial Awareness: Ability to work on marketing, promotional, and commercial calendars.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

  • Experience supporting digital campaigns or seasonal promotions.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and e‑commerce customer journeys.
  • Strong Excel/data manipulation skills.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management.
