Product Manager, Diversified

As Product Manager - Diversified Business, you'll help shape the future of HCF's diversified product portfolio focusing on Overseas Visitors Health Insurance, with support across Pet and Travel Insurance. Working alongside senior leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering competitive, sustainable products that align with our 2030 Strategy and meet the evolving needs of our members.

From overseas visitors health insurance to pet and travel cover, you'll help identify new opportunities, manage product performance, and bring ideas to life.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Researching market trends and analysing product performance
• Identifying new product and marketing opportunities
• Supporting strategy development and key projects
• Managing product collateral and stakeholder engagement
• Acting as the go-to SME for diversified products
• Collaborating with third-party providers and resolving product-related issues
• Monitoring financial drivers and supporting enhancements and rate/benefit changes

About You
You're a curious, analytical thinker with a passion for product development and a knack for stakeholder engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a real impact.

You'll Bring

• Experience in product management, business analysis or marketing coordination (ideally in Financial Services)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Confidence using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Experience with overseas visitors or private health insurance (a bonus)
