Shape the future of health and lifestyle products - Join HCF's Diversified Business team as a Product Manager (12-month contract) and help deliver innovative solutions across Overseas Visitors Health Insurance, Pet, and Travel Insurance.
As Product Manager (12-month contract) in HCF's Diversified Business, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a dynamic product portfolio. With a focus on Overseas Visitors Health Insurance and support across Pet and Travel Insurance, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to deliver competitive, sustainable products that align with our 2030 Strategy and meet the evolving needs of our members.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Researching market trends and analysing product performance
- Identifying new product and marketing opportunities
- Supporting strategy development and key projects
- Managing product collateral and stakeholder engagement
- Acting as the go-to SME for diversified products
- Collaborating with third-party providers and resolving product-related issues
- Monitoring financial drivers and supporting enhancements and rate/benefit changes
About You
You're a curious, analytical thinker with a passion for product development and a knack for stakeholder engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a real impact.
You'll Bring
- Experience in product management, business analysis or marketing coordination (ideally in Financial Services)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Confidence using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Experience with overseas visitors or private health insurance (a bonus)
