As our
Venue Manager
reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support leading a team to deliver the daily operations of both venues
In Room Dining & Food Quarter
and provide an exceptional guest experience.

This is a fantasticopportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a wonderful experience for our guests, take good care and have a hands-on approach when maintaining efficiency of our barista/beverage service, general product and technical knowledge.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations of a unique venue offering including coaching and development of all team members
• Planning and executing bespoke events in line with guest experience strategy leveraging supplier partnerships
• Reviewing and analysing the daily operational needs; maintaining food and beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget
• Leading and motivating the team to continuously deliver guest experience in line with our service culture
• Manage the selection, training and development of all team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth

What we are looking for:

• Extensive Management experience in Hotel/Hospitality environment
• Proactive and well-rounded leader who can empower and encourage the team to deliver a personalised and professional service to all guests.
• Confidence to lead a large and diverse team across a 24/7 roster
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Hands-on operational approach with passion for developing your career
