What you'll be doing
  • Leading, mentoring and rostering a tight kitchen team
  • Running a smooth, calm pass during busy services
  • Creating seasonal menus and daily specials that fit our brand and guests
  • Managing ordering, stock and simple systems that keep the kitchen humming
  • Owning food safety, cleanliness and a respectful, safe workplace
What we're looking for
  • Head Chef experience (or Senior Sous ready to step up) in a quality, fast-paced venue
  • Positive communicator who builds a great culture across FOH/BOH
  • A steady hand under pressure and pride in consistency and presentation
  • NSW Food Safety Supervisor and strong OH&S know-how

  • This is a full-time permanent position and applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia
