 - Owning food safety, cleanliness and a respectful, safe workplace
 
- Head Chef experience (or Senior Sous ready to step up) in a quality, fast-paced venue
 - Positive communicator who builds a great culture across FOH/BOH
 - A steady hand under pressure and pride in consistency and presentation
 NSW Food Safety Supervisor and strong OH&S know-how
