Each Day, You'll Go Above And Beyond To

  • Partner with origination teams to support and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in our Private Corporate and listed Diversified Industrials portfolio
  • Provide end-to-end credit execution, risk management, and pre-deal support
  • Optimise return on capital and identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Attend client meetings and proactively manage workflow to support efficient transaction execution
  • Lead on risk, compliance, and quality measures to ensure strong outcomes and advocacy

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Extensive experience in financial services or a related discipline
  • Proven leadership in team environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced analytical, credit, and risk management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex structures
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, law, or accounting; post-graduate credentials (e.g., Masters, CFA, CA, CPA) highly regarded
