About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable
Service Technician
to join our team. This role will require you to deliver the smooth day-to-day audio-visual operations across multiple clients' premises. You will focus on providing a high level of technical service and client support by demonstrating your technical knowledge, producing quality documentation and maintain client relations. Your strong communication skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritise tasks will help you excel in building strong rapport with our clients and delivering a high level of service support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshooting audio visual faults
  • Providing onsite service maintenance and fault finding
  • Service maintenance documentation
  • Preventative service inspections
  • Service call outs
  • Provide technical liaison with clients, engineering and project departments regarding recommended system modifications, design, and upgrades where necessary

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with audio and video equipment systems
  • Knowledge in video conferencing and control systems
  • Experience in fault-finding, audio-visual schematics, and digital sound processors
  • Basic networking and programming skills are highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN
  • High fluency in written and spoken English
  • Trade qualification in electronics, communications, or audio visual or demonstrated industry equivalent
  • Must hold current valid Driver's License
  • Has a personal vehicle suitable to be used for work
