The Opportunity

We're seeking a Workplace Experience Concierge to join our Property Management team at a leading health precinct. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. From welcoming tenants and visitors, to coordinating events and supporting facilities, you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of the community.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and the community – always approachable, professional and welcoming
  • Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, ensuring it reflects the identity of the precinct
  • Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations
  • Plan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connection
  • Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination

What we're looking for

  • A confident communicator who thrives in a front-facing role and enjoys building rapport
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination
  • Experience in placemaking / marketing desirable
  • Interest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded
