Digital Canberra is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to contribute to a business system uplift project, supporting the delivery of modern, secure, and reliable systems.
As part of a Multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality support for systems including design, enhancement and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with one or more of the below Technologies and will collaborate with technical teams to uplift business systems.
Experience with one of more of the following technologies is highly desirable:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Azure / AWS Cloud Technologies
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems and related infrastructure
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft IIS, Azure WebApps
- Microsoft Systems Centre Operations Manager (SCOM)
- VMware vSphere ESX including vCenter
- Commvault Data Protection Suite
- Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Network (SAN)
- Networking, including Azure Networking and Network segmentation

Eligibility/Other Requirements
- The successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and possess, or acquire and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (ASVGA) security clearance at the Negative Vetting 1 level (NV1) as an eligibility qualification. If screening is not successful, your employment will not commence or, if already commenced, your employment will be reassessed.

These are temporary positions available immediately until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
