Operational Excellence Coach

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Coach to lead major Lean and Cultural transformation projects across our customers in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods and General Manufacturing Industries through the implementation of QAD Redzone software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coaches 5 – 7 customers at a time.
- Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software through multiple 90 -day-on-site deployments.
- Create and deliver training content to build skills and understanding of lean principles and tools throughout the project.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to enhance processes and address production issues.
- Track performance data and customer uplifts throughout the deployment.
- Lead process improvement and kaizen activities for customers
- Manages project schedules with customers
- Delivers executive overviews and provides customers with information related to all Redzone programs.
- Provide Success Assessments upon project completion
- Troubleshoot customer technical issues as needed
Working Conditions:
- Employment Type – Permanent full time
- Work Arrangement – Onsite
- Office Location – Brisbane (preferred), Sydney, Melbourne.
- Travel Opportunities – Around 25weeks annually or as needed of travel both interstate and international.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Operational Excellence experience in the manufacturing environments.
- Minimum of 2years in a similar position, providing direct coaching to business clients is highly desirable.
- Ability to plan, organise and function effectively in a dynamic environment, addressing multiple demands of internal teams and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and to work in a high paced, high growth environment.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma is crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root cause analysis of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing skills to collaborate with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong judgement and excellent assessment skills.
- Ability to quickly learn Redzone software required to perform effectively for the role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
