OVERVIEW

A MyFirstGym (MFG) Coach is the face & the magic behind the facilitation of classes & programs at MFG clubs.

A MFG Coach's role is to deliver classes and or programs inline with the MFG class framework, while always upholding the core coaching principles.

A MFG Coach is a walking ambassador for MFG, therefore will live and breathe the company values, which consist of;

  1. Oozing Positivity
  2. Keeping It Real
  3. Bringing Out The Best
  4. Running The Play

MFG COACH CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Magical Moments; The #1 objective for all Coaches. This must be brought into all classes and upheld as #1 priority while participating in all MFG experiences.
  • Clearly understanding the structure & basis for all MFG programs, which will include a strong awareness of
    Physical Literacy
    ; both the definition and the application as it relates to MFG Classes.
  • Clearly understand the MFG Coaching Principles & how to perform/deliver First Class programs, measured through the MFG assessment practice.
  • Actively write & facilitate fortnightly programs. The creation of programs can be completed in conjunction with our Head Coaches.
  • Use the Gymmaster booking system to its potential, which will include a thorough awareness of class attendance prior to class, also with the awareness of any health or behavior related notes prior to class starting.
  • Create a high energy class environment that delivers excellence in professionalism, maturity and personal standards while always remembering to keep it fun.
  • Ensure that all risks, safety and potential behavior related issues are reported to MFG Management and or are resolved urgently and in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the company.

Estimated 10 hours per week at attractive hourly rate.
