Head Coach (U9 - U18)

We are seeking dedicated and passionate
Coaches

to lead our squads across our junior (U9 - U12) and youth (U13 - U18) age groups. This role is perfect for a highly skilled coach who is committed to the long-term development of young athletes, from their introduction to competitive football through to preparing them for the next stages of their journey.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, highly skilled at coaching all age groups, and fully committed to upholding our club's core values and coaching philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Player Development:

Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that prioritize individual skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game. For younger players, focus on fundamental skills and a positive introduction to football. For older players, design advanced training sessions focusing on technical mastery, tactical understanding, and physical and psychological readiness for high-stakes competition.
- Team Leadership & Game Management:

Manage and guide teams both on and off the field. This includes leading training sessions, managing match day strategy, and fostering a competitive yet supportive team environment.
- Communication:

Maintain open, consistent, and clear communication with players, parents, and the club's technical director. Provide constructive feedback to players and keep parents informed about team activities and their child's progress.
- Football Philosophy:

Fully embrace and implement the club's established football philosophy and methodology, ensuring consistency and continuity across all age groups.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A
    C Diploma is the minimum requirement.
  • Proven experience coaching junior or youth football teams

is essential.
- Strong knowledge of modern coaching techniques, youth development principles, and the specific needs of different age groups.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills, with a proven ability to connect with and inspire children and adolescents.
- A professional, reliable, and punctual individual with a patient and positive demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a coach, including attending regular coaching meetings.
- Available for all scheduled training sessions and matches.
