Reporting to the Business Relationship Manager, the Business Coach plays a vital role in helping franchise owners and their sales teams master selling and business growth. This hands-on role focuses on teaching practical sales skills, delivering targeted training, and providing ongoing coaching to drive revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.

Through regular contact and in-field visits, you'll identify growth opportunities, sharpen sales strategies, and provide actionable advice that turns potential into results. Your mission is to inspire franchise owners to take action, stay accountable, and build high-performing, customer-focused businesses.
