The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you'll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors' values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a Coach
• Experience fostering a store culture that aligns with Retailors' Blueprint
• Experience in coaching and consistently developing the competencies of your Athletes
• Experience making decisions guided by Retailors' policies and procedures
• An understanding of your store's scoreboard and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
• Genuine CARE, for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business
• Ability to COACH, mentor and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed
• High ENERGY and a can do attitude that motivates those around you and drives a positive store culture
• Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
• The courage to INNOVATE, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and lead change
