haircare to the world. Born in Sydney and now loved by salons globally, we're expanding our footprint and we're looking for a passionate Sales and Brand Manager to help us write the next chapter in California.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an ambitious sales professional ready to take their career international. You'll relocate to the California and play a key role in bringing the O&M brand to life across the U.S.

What you'll do

You'll be the heartbeat of O&M in the U.S executing sales and brand strategies from our Aussie HQ while adapting them to the unique energy of the local market.

  • Bring to life campaigns, new product launches, and collaborations across retail and salon channels.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors, their sales team, and salons helping them fall in love with our clean colour and care range.
  • Identify and onboard key accounts and ambassadors for O&M.
  • Drive brand visibility, sales growth, and local activation that reflects our Australian spirit.
  • Act as our local sales and brand champion sharing market insights, spotting opportunities, and representing O&M at events and industry moments.

Who you are

You're a creative, commercial thinker with a love for beauty and purpose-led brands. You're hands-on, confident presenting and building relationships, and excited by the idea of representing an iconic Australian brand on a global stage.

  • 5+ years' experience in sales (ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods).
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial, organised, and adaptable—you make things happen.
  • Ready to relocate to California and embrace the adventure
