Learning & Development Coordinator

At Respect Aged Care, we are proud to be a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving communities for generations. With over 20 homes across Australia and Tasmania, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for our residents while supporting and empowering our staff.
We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance — ensuring our people are set up for success.
About the RoleAs Learning & Development Coordinator, you will:

Support the design, implementation, and management of learning and development programs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, high-quality training content.

Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communications.

Develop interactive learning resources, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials.

Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS).

Facilitate workshops and training sessions when required.

Track, evaluate, and report on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

3 years' experience in a training, instructional design, or development role.

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Excellent organisation and project management skills.

A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

A genuine passion for learning, development, and making a difference.
(NDIS Worker Screening Endorsement and National Police Check, or the ability to acquire, are required.)
