ROLE

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this is a key leadership position responsible for all administrative, coding, and patient service functions across multiple clinics. Acting as the Operations Director's 2IC, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformation, optimising operations, and enhancing the overall patient journey.

You'll lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals while collaborating closely with doctors and clinical leaders to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Patient Services, Liaison, and Administration teams to achieve service excellence and engagement.
  • Oversee multi-site administrative operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and clinical leaders to support practice management and service integration.
  • Drive change initiatives focused on improving patient experience and operational performance.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements and digital optimisation opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare, fertility, or specialist clinic environments. (Essential)
  • Proven experience effectively managing & collaborating with Clinical stakeholders i.e. Doctors and Health Specialists (Essential)
  • Demonstrated success managing large, multi-site teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting. (Essential)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, quality standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, health administration, or related field
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to clinic sites as required. (Essential)
