Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous Practice Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a medical practice or similar healthcare facility. (REQUIRED)
- Teamwork and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide effective leadership.
- MedicalDirector Experience: Proficiency in using MedicalDirector software for practice management.
- Familiarity with Medicare MBS: Strong understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and its application in a clinical setting.
- Customer Service Attitude: Exceptional customer service skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Organisation and Time Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Rostering Experience: Experience in staff scheduling and rostering to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Worker's Compensation and Third-Party Claims: Knowledge and experience in handling worker's compensation and third-party insurance claims.
- Technological Proficiency: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Google Suite Familiarity: Experience with Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Wix Knowledge: Familiarity with managing a website using Wix platform.
- HotDoc and HealthEngine: Experience with online booking and patient engagement platforms like HotDoc and HealthEngine.
- Cliniko: Proficiency in using Cliniko practice management software.
- General Practice Accreditation: Experience in achieving and maintaining general practice accreditation.
- High-Pressure Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment and handle stressful situations with poise.
- Email and Calendar Management: Expertise in managing emails and calendars, ensuring all communications and appointments are well-organised.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of both the medical and cosmetic clinics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Leading and supporting clinic staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Managing patient records, appointments, and billing processes.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Handling patient and staff enquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinating staff schedules and rostering to optimise clinic operations.
- Implementing and maintaining practice management software and other technologies.
- Managing financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting and reporting.
