Systems and Practice Trainer – HRIS (myPATH Implementation)

• Help bring our new Dayforce HRIS platform to life across Uniting

At Uniting, we're rolling out myPATH — our new HRIS platform powered by Dayforce, to transform the way we manage, support, and empower our people. We're looking for a skilled Systems and Practice Trainer to design and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that help our teams confidently embrace this new system and the workforce management practices it supports.

What you'll do

You'll play a key role in ensuring our people are ready for the change by:

• Designing and developing tailored training resources — from facilitator guides and eLearning modules to quick reference guides and simulations.
• Translating complex HRIS and workforce processes into clear, practical learning tools.
• Delivering high-quality training sessions across NSW and ACT (face-to-face, online, and hybrid).
• Engaging with managers, HR Business Partners, and end users to understand learning needs and contextualise training.
• Providing post-training support, feedback, and coaching to reinforce capability.
• Continuously refining materials and approaches as the rollout progresses.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience designing and delivering system or practice training, ideally within HRIS, payroll, or workforce management environments.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence engaging diverse audiences, from frontline to corporate staff.
• Working knowledge of HR/People processes (rostering, payroll, recruitment, employee lifecycle).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly learning experiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel across NSW and ACT.

It's a bonus if you also bring:

• Experience with Dayforce or a similar HRIS rollout.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Experience applying adult learning principles in training design.
• A background in the community services, aged care, or not-for-profit sector.
