**ONEPATH COLLEGE ( RTO CODE 46203 and CRICOS CODE 04257J )** is a Registered Training Organisation based in 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150 provides quality education and training to International and Domestic students.

We are seeking qualified trainers to conduct a training and assessment for the following Courses

**Trainer & Assessor 1. Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)**

**Trainer & Assessor 1. Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121)**

**Trainer & Assessor 1. Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (SIT 40521)**

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent/above competencies
- Relevant qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery
- Has recent Industry currency (Work Experience)
- Understanding of VET industry and RTO requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level) and aXcelerate

**-**Demonstrated capability in **training delivery and assessment**
- **Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check**, or willingness to obtain (For CHC Trainer only)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conducting **training** and assessment in line with accredited course requirements and industry standards
- Assess students through a variety of **practical and theoretical methods**
- Provide support to students, helping them achieve their academic and career goals
- Collaborate with fellow trainers to develop and refine **innovative teaching strategies**
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progression
- Keep up-to-date with **industry currency, compliance standards**, and professional practice

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
