**VET Carpentry & Bricklaying Trainer and Assessor**

Richmond School of Business (RSB) is a Registered Training Organisation providing industry-based vocational education. RSB campus is located in Parramatta CBD.

RSB offers Certificate III, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Graduate Diploma level VET and various other non-accredited courses. RSB courses are developed by industry-trained professionals that provide practical gateways to career opportunities and/or higher education. RSB provides a caring and supportive learning environment to its students. RSB's qualified and experienced trainers and teachers bring practice and education together to provide applied real-life knowledge and skills. We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced VET Carpentry & Bricklaying Trainer and Assessor.

**Key Responsibilities**

Following are the key areas of responsibility for Carpentry & Bricklaying Trainer and Assessor:

- Provide academic leadership
- Provide quality teaching to students;
- Delivery of courses/units and syllabus effectively and as required;
- Effectively utilise and recommend academic resources to assist student learning;
- Monitoring student activity and ensure they are provided with support for satisfactory course progress;
- Maintaining accurate and reliable attendance and assessment records for all students;
**Selection Criteria：**

To become part of RSB team as VET Carpentry & Bricklaying Trainer and Assessor, successful applicant should possess the following:

- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
- Carpentry or Bricklaying Qualification
- Experience as a Trainer at a VET college is essential;
- Flexible, energetic and enthusiastic about training and education;
- Work experience in teaching international students is highly appreciated;
- Ability to easily mix well with others and satisfactorily carry out tasks in liaison with colleagues
