Our stunning Studio Pilates West End is seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Studio Manager to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

We're looking for someone with drive, autonomy, and enthusiasm to lead the growth of our West End Studio — creating a motivating environment for instructors and delivering an outstanding workout experience for every client, every class.

About the Role

As Studio Manager, you will be the heart of our studio, sharing your love for Pilates and the health and wellness benefits it brings. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Taking ownership of the smooth running, growth, and overall success of the studio

·       Driving studio sales and increasing client retention

·       Strategising and implementing local area marketing campaigns, tracking their results

·       Building brand awareness within the local community

·       Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients

·       Managing the studio roster and coordinating a team of instructors

·       Leading and supporting your team to consistently perform at their best

About You

The ideal candidate will:

·       Preferably have previous management experience, ideally in a fitness or wellness environment

·       Be passionate about helping people achieve their health goals

·       Be a supportive, motivating leader who brings out the best in your team

·       Have experience with sales targets, client retention, and local area marketing strategies

·       Be proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented

Professional Development

As Studio Manager, you'll have the opportunity to complete the Platinum Instructor Training, with both course costs and training hours fully covered. Upon completion, you'll be equipped to teach SP classes and provide ongoing professional development and support for your team of instructors.

Hours & Benefits

·       This role is for 32–35 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate
