**_Are you an experienced multi residential Architect looking for a new opportunity in an established medium sized architectural studio?_**

**THE COMPANY & ROLE**

This studio has worked locally in Sydney and with Tier 1 & 2 developers on projects ranging from high end boutique apartments to large scale multi residential and commercial developments. The role is ideally suited for an experienced Senior Architect who believes their construction knowledge and onsite experience is invaluable to an architectural office. As the Construction Lead you will be solving matters daily with your hand sketched details - no CAD work required.

**$120,000-$140,000 + super (open to discussion)**

**TYPICAL DAY**
- Be the go-to person for architectural construction matters
- Frequent site visits to a variety of projects
- Implement your knowledge of all the relevant codes and Australian Standards - also be able to advise and assist the wider team when needed
- Resolve constructions matters when they arise with hand sketched details

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent **[ESSENTIAL]**:

- NSW Registered Architect or proven construction background **[DESIRED]**:

- Local experience in an Australian architectural office or developer **[ESSENTIAL]**:

- Be able to hand sketch construction details **[ESSENTIAL]**:

- Multi-residential project delivery experience **[ESSENTIAL]**:

- Significant onsite delivery experience as an Architect or similar **[ESSENTIAL]**:

- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship **[ESSENTIAL]**
